PAYTII is owned and operated by Brandtooretail Private Limited.

These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the PAYTII website, mobile application, web portal, and related services provided by Brandtooretail Private Limited. By accessing or using PAYTII, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

1. About PAYTII

PAYTII is a technology platform designed to facilitate communication, engagement, and information exchange between brands, retailers, distributors, and other authorized business users.

2. Eligibility

Users must:

• Be legally capable of entering into agreements
• Provide accurate registration information
• Use the platform only for lawful business purposes

3. User Accounts

Users are responsible for:

• Maintaining accurate account information
• Protecting access to their accounts
• Keeping OTPs confidential

PAYTII reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Platform Usage

Brands may use the PAYTII web portal to create, publish, and distribute trade schemes, offers and promotions, product launches, campaigns, announcements, surveys, quizzes, educational content, and other business communications. Retailers may access and participate in such activities through the PAYTII mobile application and related services. PAYTII acts as a technology platform facilitating communication and engagement between participating brands and retailers.

5. Retailer Engagement Activities

PAYTII may enable brands to conduct:

• Contests
• Quizzes
• Surveys
• Polls
• Product knowledge programs
• Display competitions
• Retailer reward programs
• Promotional campaigns
• Other engagement initiatives

Participation is voluntary and subject to the rules communicated for each activity. Retailers may be required to submit photographs, display images, responses, or other supporting information as part of participation.

6. Retailer Points & Rewards Program

PAYTII may award points, credits, badges, rankings, rewards, or recognition for participation in platform activities. Points may be earned through contest participation, quiz participation, survey completion, campaign engagement, product display submissions, brand interactions, and other platform activities.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, points do not represent cash, legal tender, bank deposits, financial instruments, or monetary value. PAYTII reserves the right to modify, suspend, adjust, or discontinue any points, rewards, redemption programs, or engagement activities. PAYTII may revoke points or rewards in cases of fraud, misuse, duplicate participation, false submissions, manipulation, or violation of platform policies.

The awarding of points or rewards does not create any employment, agency, partnership, or financial relationship between PAYTII and any user.

7. Brand Content Responsibility

Brands are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, completeness, and validity of any content, communication, offer, scheme, campaign, survey, quiz, reward, or promotional material published through PAYTII. PAYTII does not independently verify or guarantee the accuracy of brand-provided content.

8. Commercial Relationships

PAYTII acts solely as a technology platform. Any commercial transaction, trade scheme, reward, incentive, offer, discount, payment, or business arrangement between a brand and a retailer remains solely the responsibility of those parties. PAYTII shall not be liable for disputes arising between brands and retailers.

9. User Content

Users retain ownership of content submitted through the platform. By submitting photographs, display images, contest entries, survey responses, quiz submissions, or campaign participation content, users grant PAYTII and the relevant participating brand a non-exclusive right to use such content for campaign administration, participation verification, winner selection, reporting, analytics, retailer engagement programs, and related business purposes. Users must only upload content they are authorized to share.

10. Prohibited Activities

Users must not:

• Provide false information
• Misuse the platform
• Manipulate contests or reward systems
• Submit fraudulent entries
• Attempt unauthorized access
• Disrupt platform operations
• Use PAYTII for unlawful purposes

11. Intellectual Property

PAYTII, its trademarks, logos, branding, content, and software are owned by Brandtooretail Private Limited or its licensors. Users may not copy, distribute, or commercially exploit platform content without authorization.

12. Service Availability

PAYTII may modify, suspend, or discontinue services at any time without prior notice.

13. Termination

PAYTII reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for users who violate these Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, India.
